How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from within Australia and typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every Galaxy Projector is covered by a 30-day returns policy. If it arrives faulty, or you're not happy with it within 30 days, contact us and we'll sort out a refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
How do I set it up?
Plug the included USB-C cable into any USB power source, wall adapter, laptop, power bank, or car, and switch it on. No app or setup required, it's projecting within seconds.
What cable does it use?
A USB-C cable is included in the box. A wall adapter isn't included, so you'll need your own USB power source (wall plug, laptop, power bank, or car USB port all work).
What's the difference between the Classic, Explorer, and Collector packs?
All three packs include the same projector and USB-C cable. The only difference is the number of galaxy design slides included, Classic comes with 3, Explorer with 6, and Collector with 9, so you can rotate between more looks.
Can I use it in the car?
Yes, it works great plugged into a car USB port for road trips.
Is it safe to leave on overnight?
It's designed for regular indoor use, including overnight, the same as any other USB-powered lamp or light. As with any electrical device, just make sure it's used on a stable surface with proper ventilation, and follow the included instructions.
